Wider Sense advises public sector institutions with strategy concepts, evaluations, background research, stakeholder analyses and the implementation of innovations. Support and moderation of strategy processes are as much a part of this as coaching or process control and support. We develop programs and help with their implementation. Our special expertise lies in the management of various stakeholders in joint processes. Companies, foundations, public institutions or NGOs – we are familiar with their different needs and logics of action. This enables us to design new ways for successful cooperation. We can connect local, state and federal authorities in projects.
